This patch was made for the NTSC (US) version so it will not work on other versions. Apply the patch file to a clean Pokemon ColosseumISO using any UPS patcher. This is where the Pokémon emerald rom hack goes, find it and open the file. Download either the Johto, Kanto, or Hoenn version of Grand depending on which set of starters and legendaries you want to catch and play with.
